I went right away this morning and heard the sales associate tell another customer that they take phone in orders for sales like this. That way you can go in and pick up the next day when it’s not so busy. Not sure if all stores will do this or if they will let you use a coupon with the phone order, but if you can’t make it today it would be worth calling to check!
Finally got to go to the store and they still had plenty left! I was able to use the $20 GC I had received as a gift to buy 8 soaps and get a nice $13 candle for free. I only had to pay the $1.08 for taxes. Best part…. Kiddos stayed home with Dad and I was able to shop in peace and quiet! Much needed after the parade today! 😁

Aromatherapy soaps are not included. I went yesterday to get some aromatherapy candles and asked and they said they would not be included in the soap sale.
They were included at my store. I picked up four bottles of Eucalyptus Mint and they were 2.50 each.
The Aromatherapy and Luxury Soaps were not included in this deal at my store either? At least that is what I was told, but I did not attempt it to be certain. If you scored these at your stores, great! 🙂
I went yesterday for the candle deal and the line was out the store at 830pm. I left!!!

so my daughter went yesterday to buy 2 candles for $8 each and I gave her the coupon to use for free item. the cashier said that she could use the coupon on sale items and/or already discounted items. I did read the fine print and it says that coupon can not be combined with discounted items…etc. anyone else have a problem?
Dani, I had the same problem yesterday. The cashier said since the regular price was $22.50, it didn’t qualify. Price had to be of $13 value or below.

Yes I tried too. I tried to use the free coupon on top of the 20 off 50. The only time u can use two coupons is if they come together. The store can only use one code per purchase.
I usually come up to the register and tell them that I will need to do two transactions and they are totally fine with it… They even help me do the math so I can get the best deal.
The free item is for up to $13.50 value. The candles are valued at $22.
I was able to get a 3 wick candle for my free item. I was surprised they let me. I used the $15 off a $40 purchase and free item with a $10 purchase in same transaction since I received them in the mail together but I had to have $50 of merchandise. It was still a great deal!

I believe you can just show them your phone. But I would probably call ahead to make sure. 😉

I just came from there. Luckily no long lineup like yesterday for the candle deal. All scented including Xmas is included. I had 12 in my basket and while in line decided to use the 20 off 50 coupon so then I quickly grabbed 8 more soaps to equal 50 dollars. Totally forgot about the limit to 15, but cashier said no limit and we can buy as many as we want. Worked out for me. Can’t beat 1.5 per soap. She also gave me tons of plastic bags and ribbon and tissue paper to make up my little bags with soap.

I actually approached who I thought was the Manager (she was) and asked out of curiosity how strict they were on the limit of 15. She said she could let me push it to 20, but that was the max. She said it’s really in place so that people don’t come in buying cases! She gave me the impression they didn’t enforce or didn’t have in place a limit on the $8 Candles yesterday, saying as you can see we’ve been totally wiped out.

That coupon was being handed out at store yesterday. Maybe buy small product or ask them for one to get it. They gave me like six. They are good for semi annual sale start also
You get it when you make an in store purchase. You can purchase a cheap ($0.50-$1) pocket back holder to get the coupon.
I just told her I had coupons at home, she said she would honor it. Got 20 off of 50
I did this got 20 hand soaps and used the $20 off $50 purchase and paid $32.10! My cashier convinced me to ignore the limit! 😀
How do the free items with a purchase coupons work? Does the customer get to choose which item is free?
Yes. It usually states a price limit that you cannot exceed. Sometimes you must get an it from the signature collection, but you can choose which. Other times, you can select any item so long as it is below the established price cap.
Bath and body would not accept coupon in store because it was a hio2save coupon which the manager said their store does not accept.

It says on the coupon that they CAN be used together. Perhaps some don’t but the recently mailed ones do.
True. I used a $20/$50 coupon which, at the back states that it cannot be used with another coupon. However, my $15/$50 stats that it can be used with the free item coupon.

My store said the soap sale was yesterday and the candle sale is today. But I wanted to get candles yesterday and didn’t get out so it worked out ok. But I thought that was odd! I had the same problem with the coupon, so I went and got a lotion.
I wondered about this because the e-mails I got from BBW said that the soap deal was on 12/12 and the candle deal was 12/13. I thought it was strange it contradicted their FB page.

I did the candle deal yesterday and had a 20% your entire purchase and the free item coupon. I asked an associate if I could combine them, and she said not unless they came together, which they didn’t; so I just decided to use the free item coupon. The cashier however saw the 20% coupon and used that for me too, so I didn’t argue! Remember that with the free item, you can get something for more than $13 and pay the difference. I was going to get a small $6 spray and the cashier told me to get the big $14 one and pay a $1 for it – sounded good to me!
Lucky! I asked if I could pay the difference and he said the computer couldn’t recognize that. So I bought a small body fragrance instead. I felt sad, but that is what my niece wanted and I reminded myself that it was still free after all. 🙂
I was disappointed when I went to my local store (boynton beach fl) and was told that this store was not having a sale on soaps it was only select stores.

So, full disclaimer, I’m in Springfield, Missouri…my store was doing $8 candles AND $2.50 soaps! The soaps weren’t marked, but they honored the price! Down side…it was PACKED! And they had to manually price override each soap, so checkout took a long time! But they had every register open, plus at least 3 handheld checkouts, and everyone was super friendly! 🙂
Go to Retailmenot.com and have the coupon text to your phone. You also have the option of printing it. I used 2 coupons (Free item with 10.00 purchase) on 2 transactions. I did not have any problems. They even have cello bags and sections of Bath & Body ribbon to tie the packages (at no charge). I got 10 of them. These are always nice for the gift closet (plus you won’t have to run out at the last minute before Christmas for a forgotten gift)
So excited got 8 soaps, any scent. Got 4 kitchen lemon and 4 others and a 12.50 lotion free. For 16 bucks, so happy. I used the free item coupon and 5 off 20 coupon together!

I’m in PA and my store (Ross Park Mall) was participating. It was very packed though, I was in line for almost a half hour and most soaps were sold out.
I too purchased 20 soaps (after speaking with the Manager about the limit) for $50 and used the $20Coupon! Can’t beat $1.50 EACH!!! And coupled with a matching PocketBack and Holder, will make the PERFECT quick gift! ;] (I don’t have any Free Item Coupons and didn’t even attempt using the one above^, since so many others said the store doesn’t allow combining coupons unless they were issued together.)
I purchased 15 foaming soaps, Christmas and new fragrences (they had two walls full of the new fragrences) I was going to purchase 12 soaps and use the $10 off $30, a woman was leaving and asked me if I wanted her coupon it was $15 off $40 so I used that, it was like getting another $10 worth of products for $5. I used the coupon from Collin for the free product also, I scored a large Vanilla Bean cream free.So 15 soaps, 3 pocketbacks, and the large cream for a total with tax $27.63. The soaps came out to $1.59 each after the discount, they also gave me the bags, gift tags & ribbons. I am set for a long time on the soaps now as I have a lot left over from the buy 3 get 3 free. The store was very busy but you could move around without any problem. I now will wait for the semi annual sale in January as I told family I want B&BW gift cards for Christmas, then I will shop and stock up on the bath products. I think I am going to buy the entire line of Vanilla Madagascar I love that and I am ready for a new scent.

The next 2 purchases were 4 soaps each for $5.00. I had 2 5/10 coupons 1 each for me and my husband. I was buying for 2 households. Our daughter just had a baby so I shopped for her.
