These “Lightning Deals” can be found here (scroll down) and go live at different times throughout the day allowing you to save BIG (and remember, you can combine gift cards with store coupons to save even more!).
Even sweeter, Prime members get a 30-minute early access to select Amazon Lightning Deals. If you see something that you like, be sure you snatch it up right away as there are only a limited number of Lightning Deals available and they tend to expire quickly.

There was a AE gift card for $40 that was valued at $50. So 20% off.
No, with the lightening deals…they are usually 10-20 percent off. It just doesn’t show the discount until the deal is active.
The deals aren’t live yet; this is a heads up to get ready for the deals that are coming. The amount discounted is only revealed when it goes live at the time specified under the item.

Just wanted to share that Toys R Us has 10% off restaurant gift cards. I was able to get a $25 Subway GC for $22.50. Does anyone know of any other gift card deals anywhere? Last year at this time, Rite Aid had $5 off a Kohls $25 gc. Haven’t seen any other good deals around this year.
I’ve “heard” (not seen for myself) that there is a 3-Pack of $15 Bath & Body Works Gift Cards at Walgreens for only $40 ($5 Savings).
BJs and they should have them available online also. If you don’t have a membership, try the 60 day trial and you get the deals as well. There”s a page with these years gift card deals.

Costco had a 4-pack ($25 each) for about $80-something when I went today
Staples had $50 gift cards for $42.50.
If you a near a Safeway, they typically have different promos around this time of year for various gift cards…either $10 reward back or 4X gas rewards or sometimes $ off certain gift cards…keep you eyes peeled in their weekly ad or check your Just4You account…(I think this week is 4x gas rewards on Macy’s, Google Play, Best Buy, Regal Theater, Lowe’s & Amazon gift cards)
