We placed an order for Disney Princess magazine in September and did not receive an issue yet! This is the second time it happens, after few years ago when we ordered couple magazines and haven’t seen one!
Thought first time was a mistake, and ordered Disney Princess magazine for my daughters, but I see they immediately took the money and nothing since September!

Hi Denise! Can you please give me your order number and I will look this up right away. These magazine subscriptions cycle with the dates of the magazine shipments (so if you signed up in Sept, your subscription might not start until later than you expect because each month’s issue ships out the month before – and the publisher won’t send you a Nov issue in Dec, but will instead wait until the January issue hits the cycle – does that make sense?) So most likely, your subscription is right on track, but I will be happy to look it up for you? We always say, as a general rule, allow between 8-12 weeks for your first issue to commence. This time frame is industry standard. Sometimes (usually!) they start quicker, but due to the deep discounts and the process that we use, it can be longer. Also – please let me know which orders you placed a few years ago, and I will be happy to look those up as well (just need name and/or address). Yes same thing happen to me buyers beware! I called and they said it’s processing since sept 3(4months) but money was taken out and never refunded !
