Yes, you have to spend AT LEAST $10. I just got back from there. My son’s order came just a few cents shy, so we had to add something at the checkout.

Just got back from the store. Lots of clearance and you can use the coupon on items below $10. I found this bag for $9.98 that includes 2 plastic tackle boxes. I am actually not a fisher, but will use the bag for camping and the tackle boxes are great to store small items. I use mine to store polymer clay. Some other clearance I noticed that were $10 or less were: jump ropes, hand weights, weighted vests, swimming shoes, shorts, and lots more!
