   I like to crank my oven when making pizza — I would think that a non-stick couldn’t take that heat. Since many of my other nonsticks say don’t use over certain temps. Perhaps different configuration etc. But something about such a high heat and the nonstick surface. Great reviews on Amazon — will have to look what its made of. But hey since its gone — I’ll stick (ha) with the not non-stick.
