I think you had to receive the email. My email says “exclusively for…”.

Maybe if you activate the app it will show up there and you can reload to the card and transfer the balance to a physical card if you prefer.
You can register new cards to your existing account online (and delete old ones, or keep multiples associated with the account). You probably need to add a new card to your account BEFORE loading the $25 to it.
