   I have been a member since it started and I never get emails from them. I keep asking them and they tell me the same thing …check your settings. Anyone know why?

  if you stopped one of Disney’s other emails, say for those cruise trips or something, it stops the other emails i think. that’s what happened to me last year. so, when you’re canceling emails, read the fine print. i think i had to go in my account and accept them again or something.

  My emails quit coming for months and I couldn’t figure out why. I checked my settings and I had disabled emails from them. So – check your account settings and make sure your settings are set to “enable emails” to receive updates from them. After I fixed that, I started getting them again.

  I didn’t get this email for 50 points, but sometimes they arrive the next day. Keeping my fingers crossed!

   I have heard all these complaints before. I had the same thing happen to me. I ended up taking someone’s advice and greater a new account with a different email address, then calling customer service to have them combined. Now I get all the emails.
