Does anyone know how these compare to the travelers line in regards to wrinkling?
They are really nice quality shirts. Not worth $87, but a steal at $18. The ones I have don’t wrinkle easily. Can’t go wrong here.
how are these compared to express dress shirts? i usually buy the slim fit for my husband.. wondering the fit of these?
My husband read the reviews on the stores website, and said they wrinkle easily, so there is your warning! 🙂
Thanks for the feedback, everyone!
yah, super big thanks! stocking up on anniversary gifts for my husband (9 years in june 🙂 this was actually on my list, so excited thanks!!!!!
I went online & found exact shirts pictured above but they ranged from $20-$35. How do you kick in the lower price?
Hover over the Dress Shirts menu on the top of the page, then click on Executive, you should see them.
We’re a blue collar family so I really must know how a shirt can be worth up to $87.50?! Ouch!
For those unfamiliar with Joseph A Bank shirts, here is a rundown:
Their Traveler shirts are some of the finest dress shirts available anywhere. They wear well and wash even better. I rarely even iron mine and they are incredibly stain resistant. If I had plenty of money I wouldn’t hesitate to spend $70-$80 on these shirts. You can find them on clearance every now and then for $20-$25. When you do, buy lots and build a stash.
Their Executive shirt is, in my opinion, the worst dress shirt available anywhere. If you bought one of these shirts for $5 at Family Dollar you would feel as though you got ripped off. It’s barely even a whole shirt; it is cut so short that it will come untucked if you sneeze. It’s easily 3 inches shorter than the Traveler. And I’m not sure what kind of material acquires and holds wrinkles better than any other on Earth but these shirts are obviously made out of it. I have Executive shirts that the dry cleaner can’t remove wrinkles from, much less my household iron. They are also harder to get clean. You’ll have permanent armpit sweat stains after the first wear. The only purpose these shirts serve us to have something to wear under v-neck, long-sleeved sweaters.
I hope that helps.
Thank you John! 🙂
Now that my friends, is a response! Well done!
