I have long wanted a Vitamix, and finally bought one as a gift to myself over the holidays. I’m wishing I had done so YEARS AGO! It is by far the best kitchen appliance I have ever purchased! I am using my Vitamix at least once a day, many times twice. Smoothies, soups, sauces and gravies… all have come together quickly and easily with this machine.
I still get such a thrill out of throwing in my own selected raw ingredients, and within 5 minutes, enjoying a restaurant quality. piping hot soup with all the nutritional benefits of the fresh ingredients used! Simply, a super machine that has already proved itself indispensable in my kitchen!
Fantastic! I use it 5 times a day for protein shakes with fruit and ice. Drinks are always smooth as silk. I make frozen sorbet once daily, too and it’s always great. I bought this blender 4 years ago!
