Anyone know where to look for the eos packs?

    • T Evans

i was wondering the same thing Taylor. i did score 8 Kleenex hand towels that they put in our 90% section. Another customer took 10 while 2 others took 8 like me. There were still more. I wish that I could be lucky with foil…lol

  2. Sara

I saw them down the beauty aisle near face soap

  3. mich

Ahh!! I will scour my target for those eos! I hope they will still have them hidden somewhere

I did as well in Fayetteville, Ga. There were only two left. I took one and gave one to another bargain shopper. She was so appreciative.

  5. Tara

I got soo much stuff today in NJ. I was hoping to get some puffs but they were all gone in the 3 stores I went to.

    • Jen

I bought an embarrassing amount of things yesterday! Lol I split my stuff into 2 transactions and the register still automatically suspended the first transaction because it had 198 items in it. The cashier was very nice while the computer took several minutes to “think” I’m tempted to go back today but I probably should stay away haha I just can’t resist these bargains!!

  6. April

Lucky because a lot of people shop at my local target the good stuff was gone the day after Christmas.

  7. Jennifer

Sounds like I will be making a trip to Target tomorrow. Thanks for sharing all the clearance finds!

  11. M

Beware of the mold that tends to occur with EOS! Yuck!!!!! I thought it was a myth until I saw it on mine yesterday!!!! πŸ˜–πŸ˜–

    • michelle

Thanks for mentioning that. I had no idea. I am undergoing treatment for mold exposure at the moment & the last thing I need is to use a product that grows mold. I think I better toss my old EOS balms just to be safe. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

    • Laurie

They are all natural. So I can see it happening from time to time.
When a find a great deal on EOS, Yes to carrots, or Burts Bees – I store them in the fridge until I use them

      • Jen

        Oo ooh good idea!!

  12. Laurie

I want to live in this town that has awesome deals after Christmas!

  15. NJD

The closet Target to me is a couple of towns away and too far of a drive to see if they have clearance 😒. We were supposed to have one built in our town a couple of years ago and didn’t. I told my husband it was so mean of them to tease us that way!

    • Ashley

I feel your pain. Our target in town is leaving at the end of the month πŸ™ Now I will have to drive 45 minutes to get to a target.

      • Courtney B

Ashley do you live in Clinton, IA? Our Target is leaving this month and it will be 45 minutes to the closest one:(

  16. Anu

Where are these stores with all these items? My target here in Orlando was pretty much wiped cleaned on the first day of 50 off sale. Barely anything left on the shelves. Congrats to all who can score the 90 percent off items.

    • Karen229

Yup, one of my targets was like that too. Then I went to another one and got lights and baking mixes for cheap. Just depends on the target.

  17. Timothy

I found boxes of 6 individual packs of Reindeer-Shaped Graham Crackers for 59 cents!

  18. Bc

Wow. Can’t believe there was still diaper left. Those were gone here since 30% off.

    • Happymama

I know. I actually never saw those in my city.

    • Casey

I was returning something today and behind Customer Service there were about six packs of diapers. I got them for sixty nine cents a pack!

    • Lynne

I was just thinking how there were any diapers left! My local target the instant they went 30% they were wiped out!

  19. Ger

Can someone please tell me, if I order some personal care items online, for store pickup at Target, can I use manf. coupons when I pick them up? These would be items that qualify for $5 gift card. Thanks!

    • shopper

You can’t use coupons. They hit a button that it was picked up and it charges the amount to your card. You would need to completely return and rebuy to use with coupons.

      • Ger

        Thanks so much, shopper!

  20. Redtractormom

NOTHING at the Target I visited (Marina,Ca).

  21. Jane

I scored big! 10.5 foot lit tree retail $534.00. / I paid $53 before tax!

    Burbank, ca

    • Susan

I got the same tree as you!! Total score! I’m super excited!

      • Jane

Hooray….I set it up for fun…gotta take or down now…hubby is grinchy! I am so excited. This is layback for the 9 footer I gave away 3 years ago.

  22. Emily

Went to Lisbon, CT today… they had a lot of those Puffs this morning in the regular aisle. Not much in the way of Christmas left.. Odds and ends in about 2 aisles. Anyone know how many aisles left in Dayville? Was thinking about going up there… TIA!

  23. Just Me

Mansfield ohio is pretty bare. Mainly food and single ornaments. May 6 out of box trees. Anywho, tissue paper is next to the electronics counter. Red/ green or buckeyes colors- 20 cents. I did score 3 49 cent toothbrushes!

    • Jennifer

I am a Mansfield shopper too…it seemed picked over at 70 percent off so I am glad to know that I didn’t miss too much that was hiding in the aisles:)

      • nickyB

Thanks for letting me know about the Mansfield store. I won’t bother with a trip there tomorrow.

    • andaniel86@yahoo.com

Mansfield here too! We were there at 1p today. Bought the last two (boxed) trees, lots of candy, single ornaments, some gift bags, a few boxed ornaments, and some other miscellaneous. It was fairly busy, so surely wiped out by close tonight. I was pleased w/ my finds.

  24. jess

    Scored big! Thanks hip:) .69 starbucks bags! 2.39 k cups (16ct), kids pj’s 1.49, slipper socks .79, bows .50, tissue .15!!!! I’m happy with my coffee! !

  25. Lisa Kruger (@nonrunnerkruger)

Thanks for the 90% off tip! My Target in Acworth, GA was picked clean except for wrapping paper and stockings and a few misc. things. The best deal I got was a Christmas praise and worship CD for 99 cents. Looks like there were some great deals at some of the other stores though.

    • Heather

Lisa- guess we shop at the same Target! It was bare in there. Although I did see a man with a 6ft unlit tree. He lucked out there, probably a great deal.

  26. crystal

My target was out of the green color plates and napkins but in the same aisle they still had the 60 piece green silverware variety pack. Was not market clearance but rang up $0.30

  27. Heather

The 3 pack of bic markers rang up at .29 cents for me! Pretty sure someone else read about the Ninja deal by me, all the ninjas were turned and out of order.

  28. jessie

I got some Xmas baby clothes cheap … beyond that nothing that wasn’t in the Xmas section was scanning at 90% …. the other stuff like Xmas candles etc were at 30% πŸ™

  29. BearsBootsnBlessings

I went to the Framingham, MA store today. I have been really sick the past two days with a stomach bug. A very rude women went down the Christmas small toy aisle. She used her cart to block areas so no one could look. Others in the area threw items around from shelves to the floor and blocking areas for 90% off. I feel sorry for these people.

I did find a handful of infant winter hats for $.60 each to donate to a charity seeking hats asap. I found food like Dill Pickle Popcorn, holiday chips and an unopened case of holiday reece’s pieces.

    • Joy

Isn’t the stomach bug the worst? I had it on New Year’s Day and day after. Couldn’t even keep water down. Not a fun way to start the New Year. πŸ™

  30. Katherine

Made it at 8am this morning, and came out with a savings of $425. Wooowhooo! What fun!

  31. Juliana

    $.25 90 yd. wrapping paper here. πŸ˜€

  32. Glenda

I have posted this before, but people are buying things for flea markets. I wish Target would put a reasonable limit on clearance. A clerk told me that if you want anything you need to get things at 70% because one man buys it all to resale. Also was told one lady completely bought all the gift packs when they were cheap. This clerk said it was all going to a flea market. I know they are free to do that but its hard for families trying to make it in today’s economy. Especially young families. I am a grandma and try to help my kids as much as possible. I really enjoy Collins blog and find really good deals here. I don’t have to watch my money as much as I did when I was younger but still need to find good deals to live on my income. Just want to encourage all the young families by saying that when my kids were going up we watched our pennies. My husband and I retired early and are enjoying yearly trips to Europe with friends and are still able to help our own children. So hang in there and keep saving!

    • Samantha

This is really encouraging as someone in my early 20’s. Thank you for your post. I, too, enjoy that Colin promotes a responsible approach to frugal living. It’s a bummer you’ve got that going on locally. πŸ™ Good on you for budgeting well enough to retire comfortably off of! Live it up!!

    • michelle

I agree some people are so greedy,a sales associate had a whole box of ecos lip balm and would not share any…..pretty sure she stashed it until it hit 90 percent.

    • Crystal

It happens in Utah county when the toys drop down. People from out of the area show up and pack their Uhauls with the toys to resell them. πŸ™

    • Erin

Yeah, seasonal clearance is a free for all. Luckily, it’s not needs, just wants. It stinks that someone is reselling, but I’m willing to bet they aren’t making much for the hassle/storage issues that goes into it.

  33. Glenda

    oops sorry growing up.

  34. Glenda

Sorry that last sentence is a little confusing, but i think you will get the meaning. lol

  35. Jessica

Just got back from a quick stop at my local target in Pittsburgh PA. There was absolutely nothing left for broken itemsand we are still only 70% off. Yes I did price check it it is ringing up at 70% off. Such a bummer.

  36. janice

My targets never seem to have these!! Ive looked at 2 stores already! Although, i still did get some nice deals on other things!

  37. Rosana

I went back to my target and found bags of cookies for .30 and the Galaxy s5 cases for .50 I only got 3 and there was plenty left for Galaxy and iPhone in the electronics section

  38. jenn

We scored big today too! Almost none of my stuff was marked at all. I found Carter’s 0-6 months 2 pk socks with a penguin on one and a santa on the other in the regular aisles for .39! Elf on the Shelf Footed PJ’s marked $16.99 but were $1.49! Window clings for .20, gift card holder for .35, Carlton 18 ct xmas cards for .50, glade products still at $2.08, Paris Hilton Perfume for 3.48, Katy Perry perfume gift pack (lotion, perfume and roller ball) for $20. At my smaller target all the Dollar Section Hello Kitty Christmas socks, notepads, dry erase boards, and coloring pages were 50% but not at my big target. I also found Cap’n Crunch Christmas Crunch cereal for $1.37/ box. Found Salted Caramel Betty Crocker cookie mixes with a small snowflake to the side that says “limited edition” for .59. I didn’t find any of these things the Clearance section. My clearance section just had ripped paper and broken ornaments left. Just keep your eyes peeled and scan scan scan if you think its xmas related!

  39. jenn

I forgot to mention I also found Navy Blue King Size Flannel Sheets for 17.48 and hello kitty tote and blanket for 11.48. Can you tell I love Target? lol

  40. Maddie

Any good deals in Houston, Tx?

  41. Becca

I have yet to find the EOS packs and I went to three different stores over the weekend! I’d love to score some! But here in San Antonio, Texas I did score some amazing finds for 90% off! I got 3 boxes of 50 count ornaments for $1.50! Regular price $15.00! Also I got a Christmas tree angel topper for $1.50 also reg $15.00!

  42. Alicia

Just left and got tons of pet toys for 0.29 and 0.49 to donate to the shelter. Also got about 10 pair of Elf on the shelf and hello kitty slippers to donate.

  43. Jen

Swing by the travel section and check for those Pomegranate Burts Bees lip balm in the snowflake packages. They were .32!!!! I also stocked up on purple sling across body purses for $1.00 apiece for b-day gifts and those delectable Russell Stover 4 piece cake flavored boxed candies for .30 for small Valentines gifts for teacher aids, hair dresser, etc. I need to head by another Target tomorrow after work!

  44. B

Went to target in irwin pa and Greensburg pa and they were both wiped out.

    • JA

Check the Irwin store againπŸ˜‰. In the regular party aisle, there is a bunch of red and green tissue paper and gift bags- spotted and chevron patterns. I only took what I needed and was hoping some one else would find some!

  45. Melissa

Sooooo EXCITED about my finds today!!

3 Elves on the Shelf for $2.99 each (normally $29.99)!!!!!!! SCORE!!!!
3 Elf of the Shelf aviator jackets with goggles for $0.99 each (normally $9.99)
4 boxes of Planters cocoa almonds for $2.99 each (normally $9.99)/used two $1/2 MQs to pay only $2.49 each
8 Tidy Cats cat litters (20-lb tubs) in winter pine scent for $0.78 each (normally $7.79)
3 rolls of neutral wrapping paper (90 sq. ft.) for $0.25 each (normally $2.50)
6 twin packs of holiday Slim Jims for $0.53 each (normally $1.79 each)

    • Erin

Lucky! Would love to have an Elf but won’t pay retail for a potential dust collector. πŸ˜‰ Hoping for a good clearance sale somewhere. My Targets had TONS of Elfs (as in, shelves and shelves!) that didn’t seem to move much before the holiday. Haven’t seen any since, though I follow the 90 percent rule: never shop Target seasonal clearance til 90 percent off. That way I don’t overpay and I don’t get disappointed about what’s left. πŸ™‚

  46. Melissa

Does anyone know if the food will be reduced to 90% off, or is this the lowest price?

    • Erin

I am pretty sure 70% is the lowest on food. They will probably salvage any Xmas items (food and hard lines) in the next day or 2. Valentines will take over the space πŸ™‚

  47. ashakes77

I scored huge this evening, 11 pairs of pj’s, 3 shirts, 1 pepa pig xmas dvd, ornaments, candy, stocking stuffers and chex mix for 27.99 total!!
Cashier said food 90% off tomorrow in IL.

  48. Erin

Well…. Here is what I found at my Target in case it helps anyone find some hidden items in the store….large silver glitter zippered wallet 1.49, silver and gold over the shoulder purses for 1.00. These were in with the normal area and there were also coin purses for .50. As a tip these items all have a tan limited edition tag on them and the prices are ending in a .00 (15.00. 10.00, 5.00). Also found long sleeve Boys tshirts -Olaf and teenage mutant ninja turtles- for .90, elf on the shelf boys pjs 1.69, 3 pack of Kleenex holiday themed pack cylinder canisters for .62, teenage mutant ninja turtle flashlight .49, light up snowman wand .30, bubble bath .29, color your own window clings .50, Thomas the train and cars gift bags .20-.40, chocolate candy cane market pantry granola bars .59, giradehlli bars .74, candy cane tootsie roll pops .50ish, photo Xmas cards .70, and other misc stuff!

  49. Amanda

Quick question… which section/area are the packaged toddler/ kids PJ’s being found? (The ones that are folded/ tied with ribbon).

    • ashakes

Amanda, I found several for baby hanging with carter stuff, girls sizes were in girls clearance section and ladies sizes were in cart by ladies clearance section. Baby priced $0.79

      • Amanda

Thank you! Was able to find one set today 😊

    • Erin

Varies by store. Some of my stores put it with the clearance stuff, where they go very quickly. Some stores leave them in the regular priced clothing sections; some put them in clothing clearance.

  50. Erin

I found several pairs of socks in the women’s section that were $0.50 a piece. I found a red pair, a green pair, a teal pair, and a gray pair with cats that read “Santa Claws.” The tags all have the typical snowflake/star that indicates a holiday item. I also found a gray Sherpa blanket with the snowflake/star tag that rang up for less than $5. I may have been a returned item, but it’s worth it to look around in your stores. Happy Hunting!
