I know this sounds like a dumb question… but how do you use points? I don’t understand this rewards program. 🙁
When you check out online, there is a spot on the left side of your order to check if you want to use points and how many. If you are in store, just tell the cashier you want to use your points.

Ok, so my disappointment turned to frustration and I decided to go to Sears – I had to pick up my 4 toddler pajamas anyway 🙂 . So I found 2 wireless headphones left that rang up $79 and ONE set of the ones I originally ordered and it rang up $1.97! The package was opened like it was a return, but I didn’t care. It really made my day! I even found a nice OSU wallet/key chain set for $14.97. My son LOVES the headphones, said it DOES work on PS4, and he fell asleep listening to music. 🙂
On a separate note, an associate at Sears told me that workers gobbled up all the headphones at 8:00am. Um, my store doesn’t even open until 10am. How fair is that? I only ordered one pair and my order was cancelled. Should I complain?
I got a TON of these headphones for my son at Christmas time when they had the points deals and they are pretty decent quality… the $3.97 ones especially are made to withhold some pretty heavy duty stuff… the cords are not the flimsy plastic ones and the input to the headphones will pop off if someone pulls on them (or if a small child isn’t paying attention and gets snagged on something). Definitely worth the money!!!

Why does it say in stock for shipping and then not let you put it in your shopping cart?

I’m interested in the wireless speaker for my daughter’s birthday, but says not available to ship or for pick-up within 50 miles of my location. I wonder why they will not ship if I am willing to pay for shipping? The price is so low, I really wouldn’t mind the expense. Anyone know? Just wondering???
If is stays they will not ship the item, it means they are out of stock.
Thanks. Strange website that allows you to add to your cart if it’s out of stock, then tells you not available to ship when you go to pay. I don’t usually order from Sears, but I’ll put that in my mental file cabinet for the future….LOL

I think they may be out of stock. I added 2 to the cart for store pick-up. It says in stock, and let me got through the checkout process, but it immediately credited my bank account. It will not let the payment go through.

I did the online chat to place the order because I was having difficulty, and I was able to get 6 pairs of the KIDZ headphones from one store and 16 pairs from the other (the representative was able to look at the stores within a 60 mile radius of me). I teach kindergarten in a low income school (90% on free or reduced lunch) and the majority of the headphones in our computer lab have been destroyed. My orders were canceled. One was for 2 pair of headphones and one was for a speaker. One I even got the pick up text but they refused to release it to me. I was told it was because people called in and brought it to their attention and that Kmart is still selling these items for a much higher price with shopyourway rewards so why would Sears offer them at 90% off.
@Kaylee, I shop at Kmart and Sears often. It’s rare to find the same product at both stores priced the same. They are under the same umbrella but that doesn’t make their prices the same. For example, Collin recently posted the 780M over the ear headphones being sold at Kmart for $10.00 with $5.00 back in points. The first thing I did was check to see if Sears was doing the same because I have a great coupon for Sears. When I checked the same headphones were $20.00 with no points back. Now they are offering them for $1.97 which Collin posted above. It maybe that they aren’t offering them any longer and are pricing them so low, or they have a huge overstock.
My store showed out of stock-happened to be in the mall and saw them. Was able to grab them for $1.97.
just came back from the store, there was a lot of the headphones in stock, got 8!! the websitr was showing that was not in stock, so i would go check in the store if you really want them.

I don’t think Sears will carry them anymore, but you can go to the store and check if they have any left. Maybe Kmart will continue to carry them? I don’t know, but even for $20, they are really good quality!
Kmart still has the 780M over the ear headphones for $10.00 with $5.10 back in points. I know that is more than the $1.97 price but they are in stock and you should be able to get free store pick up. I’m also seeing the red, pink, purple, black, and blue are all available. HTH
