  I actually don’t see how you can access the surprise sale from your link. The surprise sale has a different URL than the main TOMS site.

  Jennifer, if you click through my link and go to the main toms site, you should be able to click on the sale tab, or type sale into the search bar, and all of the sale shoes including the surprise sale going on today should be there. They usually put all sale items there, at least they have in the past!

  I may be in the minority here, but a pair of shoes, nearly half off that are super supportive for those who are on their feet all day, are purchases I make room in my budget. As Tom’s accepts paypal, I actually keep my ibotta and shopmium savings in my paypal account for reasons such as this. One thing you should not skimp on are supportive shoes; the fact that a pair of shoes is also donated to those globally in need is a bonus, too!

  @theladyprefers…… good points, but if you already have good shoes you may not NEED another pair, even if they are 40% off. Also I’ve never thought of Tom’s as “supportive” they have almost zero arch support, but I suppose not everyone has high arches requiring support, like me! Great idea saving up your ibotta/shopmium savings for deals like this!

  For me, they tend to run big – like in most shoes I wear a size 7.5, but in toms I wear a 6.5. But I like my toms tighter than regular shoes and I don’t wear socks with them. But in a lot of cases I would recommend going down half a size. My husband normally wears an 11 and in toms he gets 10.5. In the baby sizes though I usually go up a size because I feel they run small. My son normally wears a size 5 in baby shoes but in toms I got him a size 6 for Christmas and they almost fit him. Hope that helps. If it is your first time ordering toms, I put my referral link near the top (I think comment 2) so if you could use that it would be appreciated.

  I’m with Emily. I usually wear 7.5 in other shoes, but wear a 7 in Tom’s and they fit perfect.
