Earlier today I received an email from PINK by VS for a pair of FREE socks with any PINK purchase. So I scored a steal! I picked up a bottle of 2.5oz lotion which was marked $8 but rang up for $2. Better yet it worked with the socks.[/h2s_box]

(Thanks, Ray & Vi!)

I bought a 10 dollar beach hair spray and got my free socks. It is not with any purchase as it does exclude clearance items. πŸ™

  2. Vicky

I was not able to use with clearance as well. Cashier would not even try.

  3. Christopher Uzzolina

My cashier said not on clearance or sale items

  4. Joelene Fruehauf

My mom and I went today and got the shimmer body spray $2 (reg. $12.99) and got the socks for free. We did it 3 times! The socks are so cute!
I don’t know why it worked? Seeing at it is supposed to be regular priced items?
    But it did πŸ™‚

I brought the clearance underwear and got my free socks. The Semi Annual merchandise at the pink store had an additional 40% off

    • charmedfreak20@yahoo.com

Semi Annual is still going on?

      • Jenna

At the VS store where I work, the same runs until we run out of product

  6. Des

I went in earlier and got a bra (additional 40% off sale price at my PINK) and a travel lotion. Paid around $14 and the cashier gave me the socks without me even asking about them.

    • charmedfreak20@yahoo.com

what bra did you get @des?

      • Des

It was the push up bralette, it looks like a bralette but has underwire and padding like a push up bra. After the 40% off the sale price, it was $11.99.

FYI I got the socks but they won’t pull up on my big calves. Obviously made for women with skinny legs.

    • Jane

Lol I have the exact opposite problem when boots are like buckets on my skinny calves!

  8. Kelly

Do you have to have a coupon for the free socks?

    • Des

Nope, my store had bins of them all throughout the store as well as some at checkout. The options are 2-pack of grey and white or 2-pack of grey and pink.

Ordered pink socks the other day. They messed up my shipment and sent me wrong items. So I’m still waiting for the socks. I love pink’s socks. Wish this deal was online bc there is no store nearby. Not worth the travel cost.

Hey for those who were allowed to get socks from clearance items, can yall tell us what store you went to? I went to one in Clearwater, fl and my sister went to one in Tampa. Both stores did not allow it. :/ bummer!

    • Des

I went to the PINK in Pittsburgh, PA if that helps.

      • Jessica

Was this at Ross Park Mall or Robinson?

        • Des

          Ross park

      • An

Hi Des! I’m also in Pittsburgh. Can I know which one you went to?

        • Des

It was the pink at ross park

  11. Mandy

So does getting the deal just depend on the cashier?

  12. Desiree T

When you download the PINK Nation app and sign up you get a mobile coupon for a free panty with PINK purchase. Does anyone know if I can make a PINK purchase and get both the socks and panty as well? Thanks!

    • Angela

Yes, I’m pretty sure you can. I have done it many times in the past with other freebies. By the way, the free panty code can be used multiple times even though it says one time use.

    • Mandy

Hi, do you happen to know if this is only for new members?

  13. Mey

The system will automatically ring up the socks for free with ANY pink purchase including clearance merchandise. However the fine print states exclude and its up to the sale associates to enforce the promo rule. To those of you that was able to purchase clearances item and get the sock, you got lucky that the cashiers did not read the DCO and got a warm up before their shifts. (VS employee)

  14. Laura

The cashiers at the VS in Corpus Christi, Texas are like literally anti-coupon. Even when u are allowed to use a coupon on a certain item, they initially refuse it, stating something dumb, until you push back. For example, I was purchasing the 5 for $26 panties and I had a free panty coupon, so I purchased 6. Plus I had a $10 reward card. She said I couldn’t use the Free panty coupon and the reward card bc I was already getting a deal at 5 for $26 and the 6th panty rang up with the discounted rate.. She wouldn’t even try it. I’ve done it before and the free panty coupon just completely removed the cost of the 6th panty. And the rewards cards are rung up as gift cards not coupon. Technically she could have just rang up the free panty separate but she was being a prick… She held up a line for no reason. That’s just one example. It’s not even worth trying to to use this coupon. They will say something like “the cost of the pink item has to be more than the socks for it to work.” I dislike stores that don’t like to honor corporate coupons from their own company >=(

  15. mommy2girls

I went today and got the Pink hair ties they were not marked on sale and were $5.95 but when I got to the register they rung up $1.79. The cashier checked with the manager and she said yes and the socks rung up free. She even asked if they had more and where I got the hair ties so she could get it. So three hair ties and two pairs of socks for less than $2! Yay!

  16. Lauren

My store, in Delaware, also said it had to be a full priced item. It looks like it all depends on the store/cashier. I had to buy a pair of PINK panties ($10.50) in order to get my socks for free

  17. Jem

I live in San Diego, Ca and asked about this in the store I went to and they said it had to be PINK product at regular price, and even though I purchased two items of PINK clearance they wouldn’t give me the socks. I usually buy a crap load during clearance and yet they wouldn’t give me the socks πŸ˜›

  18. Tamara

πŸ™ Nope, spent $190 on clearance, had LOTS of Pink items, but NOPE, not on Clearance items. Makes me sad. But I did find the full size bombshell original perfume gift set for $32 the 3.4 oz one. It also has a box and a small spray and some other lotion. Great deals on the left over beauty 75% off.

  19. Rita

    Laura (& everyone else),
I would report them to corporate. They will straighten it out. They should be more professional & know their job.

  20. Tami

I didn’t get my socks when I purchased perfume on sale but I was happy the little fragrances were 75% off!

  21. krista

i went to one store yesterday and bought clearance undies got the free socks.went to another victoria secret today to find the bra i wanted. bought some more undies for the sock deal and the girl working was so rude freaked out on me about the socks told me it has to be non clearance. i told her on the website it states with any pink purchase she said if you show me the online ad than i will give them to you.so i pulled the ad up showed her and she said nope we cant do it for you. such poor customer service. the victoria secret at fashion place in utah will never get my money ever again.
