As I mentioned here and here, the toy clearance at Target has started! 🙂 Plus, I have received several emails from readers today letting me know that there store has marked toys down to 70% off (be sure to price scan items if your store has not changed out their signs yet)! I went to Target today to get the bra deal you posted earlier. I found this deal while I was there – Flip flops on sale for $1.25. There is a Cartwheel offer for an extra 20% off clearance items. I saw TONS of kids shoes on sale for under $5, slippers…all sorts of things.[/h2s_box]

I checked our Target today and it was still 30%. I even scanned stuff. That is in central Ca.
I went to 3 stores in Fresno. 2 were 70% off and 1 was 15/30/50% still. Totally hit and miss.
Some toys were marked down 70% or 50% at my local Target. I snagged two Lego Legends of Chima Speedorz at 50% off ($6.48 + tax) and a Lego Legends of Chima LEDLite Keychain at 70% off ($3.74 + tax).
I am in Richmond, VA. At lunchtime today at the Forest Hill location, I found the Lego Cinderella Castle 41055 for $35.06, down from $69.99. Marked “as is”. There were two more when I left. They were randomly located on the sporting goods aisle with some other toy clearance. Also saw a few Lego Friends sets on clearance. Also picked up little people airport for $8.38, lego creator 31022 for 12.48, palace pet beauty salon for 8.98, Who shook Hook? Game for $5.98, lego luggage tags for .88, cozy coupe truck for $26.– . Most of those things listed were 70% off except the Lego. Lego Duplo were 50% off. The midlothian location had some toy clearance, but not as much.
The store was pretty bare today. They had less than the other stores I went to. The Cinderella Castle was gone. There were some on the shelf but they all scanned at full price. You do have to be careful with Legos at Target, though–especially when giving as a gift. I bought a huge set that was 50 percent off one year and sent it off to the recipient. When they opened it, they discovered it had been used and partially built. All the pieces from the many, many bags had been mixed up and it was virtually impossible to build. I was livid. This was a straight-up 50 percent off, not an “as-is” item.
At my store they were not marked down, maybe they marked them down later in the day?
Actually, I think markdowns vary considerably. I found some items in Richmond marked 70 percent off weeks ago, but that was just a few random items. More was marked down today, but of course, most everything was gone.
My target, Santa Clarita Ca, had the imaginext rover at 70%. Originally $120 it was only $35!!! I grabbed two at that price.

No it was the Valencia one by the mall. I went to the GV one a few days ago and didn’t see any of these. When I left the Valencia one there were 3 more left.

Found some great deals at 70% off today! Bought Sofia the first doll and magic bag for $5.98 each. Got my littlest bday all set and it’s not til August 🙂 Wanted to get her the cabbage patch doll but that was still 50% which is still a great deal, but since she’s only 2 now I’m sure a under $20 baby doll would suffice. I probably did most of her Christmas shopping too. My older ones are harder to buy for, but 1 out of 3 isn’t bad 🙂
at first I was bummed I didn’t go but, there really only is junk at 50- 70% off anymore. It used to be good years ago when people would wait until it hit 70% but now people just buy stuff at 15-30%.. from the pics posted of the 70% toys, I’m glad I didn’t bother.
Target also has a lot of baby gear 70% off. I got a Fisher Price 2 in 1 swing and seat for $20.98! They also had a Graco Pack N Play with newborn napper for $29.98, travel systems, strollers, toys, etc.
I’m desperately searching for the HK Kitchen and Little music set if anyone sees and wouldn’t mind shipping I’d be happy to pay for shipping and a shipped fee my target doesn’t have and my daughter wants so bad thanks ladies!!!
Ashley- where are you located? My Target in Kennesaw, GA. has several of the Hello Kitty kitchens. Not sure how much shipping would be though.
There was a bunch at my store, too. In NJ. The box is huge–shipping would be a lot, I would think!
I scored at my target in Oregon this morning. Everything was 70% off except LEGO’S. Those were at 50% and probably will stay there so I got a cute duplos farm set!!! I paid $29. The same set is on sale on amazon for $56. I got a bunch of other stuff too but I was most excited about that. I went in at 9:30 and there were lots of mamas there already… gotta be quick on the draw with these sales! 😉
I’ve been shopping these sales for years, Legos almost never make it till 70 or are snapped up the second they go 70.
Wow. Legos rarely make it to 50 in my area. They are usually only a few and they are gone at 30, if they even make it to 30!
I bought several larger sets of Legos at 70% off during the July Lego clearance. It does happen but people tend to buy them up at 50% off.

I got several lego sets 70% off in July as well. I think they will get there so I am waiting again. I did get 4 of the orange lego containers that have a shirt in them for 5.70 each today. Those were already 70%.
I went this morning primarily for the Legos. I figured most would be gone when they hit 50% today, so I snatched up two different sets at that price. Everything else I picked up today was 70% off. I’m happy with that! It’s always a gamble either way. If you wait too long, you might find all the good stuff gone or if you pick up too soon, they might drop lower.

My favorite find was a huge Transformer Chomp and Stomp Gridlock for $25, normally $80! Got a bunch of smaller lalaloopsy dolls for $2, a big one for $7.50 and a double pack of Equestria Girls dolls for $9. Definitely some good finds, though mine had some at 50%, some stuff at 70%.
I found maternity sweaters in Target yesterday marked down to $7 if anyone is pregnant and interested.

Perfect! Went to buy a doll & accessory for my niece that’s going to be a big sister. Found a nice doll and a doll sleeping bag for $4.50 each. Didn’t realize toy clearance was going to be there til I got there. Ours (central Il) had 3 aisles — a lot of Chima stuff, some hello kitty (even a power wheel car!!), cars, planes, my little pony, & more 50-70% off. Christmas 2015… Check!!

Unlike in prior years, they actually had things worth buying left. Score for the gift closest 🙂
The target in Ocean, NJ hardly had anything marked 70 but I notice they are slower then the others in the area at markdowns. I scanned a couple things and they scanned 70 even though they weren’t marked. So I found a really nice lady doing markdowns and asked her to scan a leapfrog Pixar pals game for me and it scanned at 7.48. So she scanned everything I had and found 3 more things marked down further. I only had 5 small items so she didn’t mind. I got a sleeping beauty doll for $6, monsters u and Pixar pals leapfrog games for 7.48 and a little buzz lightyear plush for $2. And a marvel matching game for 1.48. There was nothing else I even wanted this year so happy to spend under $25 for everything.
The Frozen vanity, originally $49.99 was marked down to $14.98!! Such a great deal😀
Oh wow great price. We had those vanity in our target last week at 50. Quite a few of them so I grabbed one, glad I did because next day all were gone. Nothing left for the 70 off sale. I guess at 25 it’s still not bad.

I got a leap reader junior for around $8 and 2 books were $3 each. Plus there was a $4 off coupon on the reader box for the books! All for $12!!!

At my southeast Michigan target I was able to find an our generation Ginger set that can with a story and an extra outfit and accessories for $18.48, and Ever after High doll set for $10.48. All great deals.

We got Tinkerbell’s house for $11 originally $39.98, Space explorer View Finder for $2.48, octonauts figures $1.48, and a Hello Kitty special edition that someone had to have for $5! Has anyone seen the Tinkerbell small dolls for sale? Didn’t know if they were part of the clearance. Also lots of food clearanced today. 😊
I did see the tinkerbell small doll set for sale. It comes in a really long rectangle box that’s similar to the tink house box. It was on clearance at my store in Sacramento ca.
