Tried shopathome for the Macy’s deal last week and the $20 is a no show in my account? Anyone else have the same problem?
In the past, it can take up to 30 days to post to my account. I’ve always gotten the money back just may take some time.
My account is showing 3% for the bounty purchase, not the $12. Do we get both? Will the $12 appear later?
Walmart would not let me change the delivery method to pick up in store. There was no option anywhere.
I guess you have to use a Apple IOS device as it worked on the ipad not the windows pc

I don’t see an option to pick up a store at the Checkout process. When I select the list of stores, it shows available at several locations but it doesn’t let me select Pick Up At Store, just ship to my home. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

This was my first shop at home experience, too, so I was a little aggravated when my account showed 47 cents…but just an hour or 2 later, it showed $12.00. Yours will probably do the same! 🙂

I think you can’t use store pick with their mobile version. You have either use a desktop or request desktop site.
Does not work on a windows desktop pc either.
For some reason you have to use an Ipad, Iphone, or Ipod touch for this to work

Just used Windows 8.1 PC desktop and had the option of in-store pickup show up, as I did on the last deal. Don’t know what the difference is-perhaps version???

There’s a place in your account to see trackbacks. It will at least show you if you in fact clicked through the sah walmart link.

Shop at home is a website you can go through to make a variety of online purchases and they offer cash back (the percentage varies from store to store). I’m sure Collin has a link in this post. Go through that so she can get a referral credit if you sign up. I like ebates too.

i am unable to choose pickup even though it states initially that this is available.
You may need to change your home store on the page where you put the Bounty in your cart. I am on a home computer and that is what I had to do, pick another store near me with store pick up.
Can you purchase more then one? Say your purchased 2 would you get $24 back? I have never used Shop At Home before

I was wondering the same thing. I searched for the term Deal of the Day on their website and it brought up several things I wasn’t interested in. So far for me the WalMart deals have been the best. I was down to 2 rolls of paper towels – thanks so much.

When I first logged in, it wouldn’t let me do a pick up at store, but then I changed my saved store to another one in the area, and then it let me do a store pick up. It might not be in stock at in the store you have listed now. Last weeks laundry soap deal I was only able to pick up at a different store than I am picking the paper towels up at.
Worked as a charm. My saved store were out of stock and so I wasn’t able to get the pick up option. Changed my store to a different location, and voila!! Thank you Lori 🙂

Try logging into your SAH account a few days from now and it will state that you earned $12.00 cash back!!! I did the ALL laundry soap deal at the beginning of the week and it worked like a charm! I should be getting a check from them really soon! HEY!

first time using shop at home, i have made the purchase however it is not showing up in my accout, should it be or does it take awhile?
If you are having trouble with the Pickup option, check your default store and change it. I had no pickup option, until I checked my store default and changed it to another store.
Go to Store Finder, and select another store in your area. That worked for me, by changing my default store. I now have a Pickup option.

if you went through the “get deal” link on the Shopathome page…you will get it. wait a few days and you”ll get an email. The email may say “you’ve earned 16 cents” or something…but check youre account a little later and it should be there.
My question is about taxes. I paid taxes of $1.96 on $15.97. I assume we don’t get a refund to reflect paying taxes on $3.97?

I don’t feel like waiting 30 days to see if it works makes sense. They don’t notify you if its pending or not before that time? I see trackbacks but the time of them don’t make sense to when I made my purchase. Probably something I won’t use again the risk of it not working seems to high.
The daily deal from Walmart a few days ago appeared on many people’s Shop at Home accounts only a day or so after the purchase.

You don’t I guess its a gamble seems not worth it IMO ebates lets you know quickly that you have pending cash back.
Just check periodically if you are concerned about it going to your SAH account. I did the last deal posted (All detergent) and it was in there today when I went to complete this deal. I haven’t had any trouble with SAH in the past. HTH.
It will go thru..but incase it doesn’t work you can always return it to Walmart within 90 days..hope it clears your doubt..

Be careful of Walmart deals with in-store pick up. I did a deal a while back with a turkey fryer and had my husband pick it up. He waited in line over one hour to receive the item. Sometimes with Walmart in-store pick up is just too much trouble.

Does anyone remember a similar deal with Tide detergent back a few months ago? I was just looking at my ShopATHome account and I don’t see any indication that I ever got that money back. It was also for a large jug of detergent (NOT the Walmart deal posted just a couple of days ago, but at least a few months ago) …. If I could find the date of the deal, I could check with SAH customer service….

Is anyone else having an issue with ordering this through the app (both Walmart AND Shopathome?) I have gotten all the way to selecting the free store pick up and it keeps freezing at that page. It’s been “loading” for 20 minutes. I stopped and started over 3 times now and it keeps doing it. I have tried to do this deal through my laptop PC but it won’t give me an option to select the free store pick-up. Help!?
How and when do you get cash back? I’ve looked at the site and really can’t tell. I got the paper towels today. Do you have to have $20? Is there a time limit before you lose it or anything? Do you have to apply for it to be sent to you, or do they just send it when it reaches a certain amount? Sorry for the questions. I couldn’t find enough info on their site.
It may take a couple days for the $12 to show up in your account. I usually get an email about it. They send you a check once you’ve reached $20. Pretty sure it’s automatic. I like to let things like this build up, and they just send me checks when I get to $20+.
I don’t think the money ever expires.. I’ve never had that happen, but then I do tend to use it frequently, so I’m not 100% sure on that.
To get FREE IN-STORE SHIPPING…Go to checkout. Under ship to home, click see arrival date details. Then click “see more pickup locations.” Then select your store. That’s it! I called Walmart for help on this issue.
