  How do you get the $3 from your personal shopper? I have a personal shopper and I don’t think I have ever received points from her. Are you notified by email or just check your account?

  Lauren, there won’t be any email so you will have to check your SYW account for points. As far as I know these points does not come from personal shopper but SYWR but to qualify you must have a personal shopper. Hope it helps

  Sign into your account the points were displayed at the top of the page. When your checking out click apply points when asked.

    Does anyone else ever place an order, apply a coupon to receive points back and never get the points? Its happen to me the last two times Ive ordered.

  Molly, you can call SYW. It does happen sometimes. Were you rolling points? Because they usually don’t roll. . .meaning you can’t use points to pay and earn points.

    I received an email saying I had surprise points but when I signed into my account it said “Sorry you have no surprise points, check back later.” Ugh.

    I got $7! I also got $5 for clothing at kmart and 5 for clothing at sears. No minimum purchase requirement. I just wish I could stack them or use them in the same order.

    Does anyone know if there’s a way to shop by what’s available for pick up at your local store? It seems that I have to add the item to my cart first, go to checkout and then select the local store pick up option.
