  Thanks.. I did go through Collin’s link and I did see the credit in my shopping cart but after I entered my shipping address and cc it told me that my referral link was invalid and removed my $15 credit.. weird! It seems that I am the only one having a problem?!

  There is no code for the $15 credit. You just need to add $15 worth to your cart and it will show up at checkout. I hope that helps.
