I have too. The package was left in the rain with damage corners. I emailed the company and they wanted proof it was ruined. Not worth my time at the moment.

Just as a reference a 16″ X 20″ at Shutterfly is originally priced at $99 and nearly never qualifies for free shipping. This sounds like a steal if you ask me!
