   You would wanna try to fill in the form and submit on a PC. It wouldnt work for me on iPad, but went through just fine when I used my laptop. HIH.

   i choose the first option and it said I qualified for the free sample. I must admit Collin since I’ve been following your site. I haven’t had to buy contact solution in two years…There’s always a free sample or the Walmart freebie printout that they use to have. Thank you so much for posting samples. My daughter enjoys all the girly perfume samples and shampoos. Thanks so much for all you do 🙂
