Wow I had expired rewards… Bummer because it was almost $10. I’m not even sure how.
Mine said $8.50 rewards expired 4/1 and I don’t know how either. When I logged into my Staples Rewards account with the same rewards card number, it didn’t show that I had that. So maybe some sort of glitch?
I’ve noticed every time I log on to buy something my account will say that my rewards expired the day before. It doesn’t matter what day of the month I try to buy something. I’m guessing it must be an error. I’ve thought about calling them but hate the whole process of waiting to talk to someone.
And for some reason I can never actually find my current rewards to use them.
It has to be a glitch because I had not shopped there in forever the last time I got the lightbulbs a couple months ago… It said I earned like .30 from that but those rewards aren there either?? We just recycled ink tanks yesterday and now I’m going to be parinoid and checking the rewards all the time.

I’m not seeing that on mobile… No drop down box. If I did I’d try it because returns can’t be that difficult if it’s not right and if it’s right then that’s a great price!
Well, I talked to two Staples Live Chat representatives … one said it was, in fact, a 6 pack of organizer kits of 6 markers for $11.39. The other said it was a different pack of markers w/ a different amount of ink in them. Not sure who to believe … but that’s what I found out!

The “6pk” is expo2 markers I’m not sure of how they are different but because they are different and their regular price is close to the regular price of thesethese in the post my assumption would be that its not six kits and its referring to six markers in the pack.

I ordered the Expo Chisel Point Dry-Erase Marker, Assorted, 6/Pack, and I got it today. It was 1 dry erase marker organizer kit, looked just like the one that was $4, except I paid $8 for it. When I spoke with their Live Chat, they said it was the EXACT same item, but just more expensive. I will be returning it. Very misleading website.
