I had the same problem, and I finally posted on their Facebook page and someone there replied back with a private message and asked me to send my email and then after I did they entered it and I now receive emails. So you might want to try it that way.

Next time you are in the store have them email you your receipt. I had the same problem, then the cashier did that and it worked.

Good prices for me are: Lotions $3, sensitive line $4 or less, Candles $8 or less, hand soaps $2.50. I wait for sale than pair that with $10/$30 Coupon or free item with purchase. HTH
