Received attitude while my mobile coupon for 7th Generation dish soap was forced through yesterday.

I got attitude this week from team lead during store pick up tissue/ tp deal last week. I emailed corporate and currently working with store level to fix it.

I go through the process of downloading and agreeing, but it just circles me back telling me the program isn’t installed, and it IS! So I restarted my computer thinking that might kick it in. But nope. This is on Chrome. I’ve never had this issue before.

found out it was a stupid adobe flash update. try updating that, it worked for me after

I did have that problem. I just ended up closing my browser, opening a new window, and selecting the coupons again.
Exact same thing happening here. Was worried it was just me.
Forgot to say I’m using chrome.
I use chrome on all my devices and it always prints just fine for me. I just printed from them the other day. Also if u have a pop up blocker on it will mess with it. So I checked to always turn pop up blocker when printing from target.
Apparently, if you updated to the newest version of Chrome, it does not recognize java, which is what Target uses to print the coupons. I was wondering why I had trouble with a SS coupon today too. Guess I’ll have to switch to FF until Google decides to deal with java.
You have to allow java under plugins or add ons, first, then they will print in Chrome.
It is allowed though. So IDK what the problem is??
Ok, so apparently Chrome totally removed the NPAPI plugins for version 42+
For those having problems, c/p this address in a new window or tab
chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Then select ENABLE, scroll all the way down to the bottom and Relaunch the application.
Now, I can print from Chrome.

Same happened to me this morning
7th generation mobile coupon didn’t work and the cashier had to manually input $1 off for me. And the dish soap is $3.19 at the target that I went.
It’s odd, because dish soap was in 2 different locations at the store I went to(not my usual store) and one shelf edge label was 3.19, but the 2nd one was 2.69 and that’s what I rang up.
Ahhhhh so glad to know it’s not my new computer. Dang Chrome. Lol

Did this deal today and was super excited. I have been using this brand exclusively to clean my sons bottles and other misc. since he was born. I coupon for everything but I always pay full price for this. Same issue everyone else experienced. My cashier eventually just manually pushed it through, but what’s the problem!? I only bought one and I was treated like the most difficult customer they’d ever encountered. I love target. I hope they fix this mobile/print issue.. It’s silly
