How do you create a patent? I have an idea for a product, I don’t know how to get started.
If your husband sold his patent/s, why are you concerned with what happens after that? Confused.
Why not? It’s his intellectual property and valuable to him as inventor and perhaps financially from licensing or profit sharing agreements. It’s a personal accomplishment and it’s family history. Why do we care about anything beyond ourselves?
