  They are basically a hosting site, sellers all over lists their products so if you need to make returns you would need to contact the seller. This particular item is sold by Brookstone so would likely be whatever their return policy is.

  I have one. I like having the screen to see the time (use as a watch) and see how many steps I am at. I don’t believe the flex has the screen.

  The Flex does not have a screen but I love how small it is. I track anything other than steps on my phone so it’s very easy to see what’s going on. 🙂

   I had the flex & loved it. Upgraded to tje charge. Love it even more. Fitbit backs up thier products. My flex stopped working after 3 months, they sent me a brand new one.

  Completely agree about their customer service. My Flex battery started going dead immediately after charging after 10 months. I contacted them and they were awesome! I had another one within 5 days.

   I had the fitbit that was recalled. I had also purchased an extra charging cable for it. They reimbursed me for both without a hassle. I didn’t hesitate to buy another fitbit product. I’ve had the One for almost a year with no problems.
