1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

If possible, check chicken several times and stir.

To finish: Remove chicken from slow cooker and set on a plate or cutting board leaving the sauce in the slow cooker. Stir cornstarch with water in a cup and whisk it in with the sauce.
