Correct. Brand new and unopened. It comes with the standard manufacturers warranty. You can always buy AppleCare extended warranty from Apple for $99 for an additional 2 years.
I checked the apple site they don’t have an iPad mini 2 on 128gb memory…highest memory they have on the site is 64gb..Are these old stocks?

I agree with you though that the 128 is weird, something is funky here… Either they have the model wrong or… I don’t think the 2 came in a 128gb but the 3 did
The iPad mini 2 does come in 128 GB. They have them in the certified refurbished Apple store. This is a great price!
