   This stuff has bleach, is it safe for kitchen counters without rinsing? Will it bleach fabric?

  I would not use it without rinsing because of the residue in my opinion and yes it does bleach fabric. I have actually used it to get a spot out of a white shirt,lol. I like to use this on my tile shower and bath tubs.

   At my Target the Clorox Clean-up Cleaner + Bleach each had a $0.75 coupon attached making the four I purchased only $0.35 a bottle.
