Guess I needed to show some patience as I was just now able to get the website to pull up! I was able to log in and enter the points on a computer (didn’t try from a phone). I think they are still experiencing some glitches, though, as it appeared my sign in was failing, but my name showed up in the top right corner as logged in.

I think most people are having issues. You’ll have to contact pampers directly to get your account reset.

After I entered email and password, it went back to this H2S page. Weird. I’ll try again tomorrow.
This kept happening to me last night as well. I went back a page to the Pampers site and noticed my name showed as logged in (upper right corner), so I clicked through to add the code and it worked just fine.
Off topic but does anyone know when they will have the $20 off $100 baby coupon again?

Im not able to try on a computer until thursday but on mobile it signed me in but makes me edit my info and when I click submit it takes me back to logging in and editing my info. Ugh
This happened to me last week, but once I entered in my password update (actually used the SAME password as before), then I was able to log in. I think the first time anyone who HAD an account visits since the upgrade, they have to reverify their information. Hope it works for you!
