Omg I hope I’m not just a total idiot, but does anyone else have issues with opening Hefty bags? They were on sale at Target so I bought three boxes. Every single bag rips at the seal. Even my husband couldn’t figure it out. We tried it a million different ways and they allllll ripped. I felt like I was losing my mind. The closest Target is an hour away. Such a bummer. 🙁
Nvm we figured it out. We were lucky enough to have bought two boxes that were made wrong. The bag part and the seal part weren’t aligned correctly. The third box we opened worked fine. I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back though… :/
Call hefty and tell the what happened. They might send you new ones or coupons
Yes, call or email. They want to know if they have a defective product on the shelves. Make sure you have the boxes handy so you can give them the info they need and they most likely will send you replacement coupons or a refund.
I had a similar experience…but with diaper pail liners (eeekk!) I used about 5 out of 20 every one ripped so I figured it was a defective box because I had bought them plenty of times….they took them back without hassel!
