You link a fitness tracker (I use fitbit) to the site fitstudio.com and one you burn 500 calories or walk 15 miles you earn $5 in points. You can only earn $5 one a week and it’s only good for 7 days once earned.

For using personal shopper service, they give $3 each month in points that expires in 3 days. Also, points are added to member points and not as surprise points. HTH

Your regular points are separate from your suprise points if you go to the site click in the top right corner where your points total is, it should bring up a drop down box that will show your current points, suprise points, and expiring points! Click on the suprise points to bring up all the details!

Sooooo I got $10 but when I went to the store they couldn’t find it on my account?? Even with showing them the email on my phone… Anyone have input on how to redeem them then?
Some take some time to show on your account. I would just try online instead. If it’s showing for you in your sywr account (and not just an email) they should be able to see them too. I had an issue where the cashier didn’t see my surprise points and it was because he didn’t know what he was doing. I simply took my items and went to a different cashier who was able to see them just fine. Maybe that can be what happened to you too. I now just specifically tell them it’s “surprise points” I want to use so that they look in the appropriate place and not confuse it with your regular points. HTH
