Target: Up & Up Sunscreen ONLY $1.40 Per Bottle
Target Shoppers! If you’re heading to your local Target to score any of the deals mentioned here, keep your eyes peeled for THREE-packs of Up & Up Sunscreen on clearance for just $4.19. That means you are paying just $1.40 per bottle! Awesome! 🙂
(Thanks, Jenni!)
I picked up three of these at Target last night and there’s a 5% off Cartwheel for them and a $1 off $3 Up and Up item coupon from the last booklet. Two of the packs were then $3.98 and one was $2.98!
Darn! It looks like the Cartwheel offer excludes clearance. 🙁
I just checked my receipt and the Cartwheel worked…my total was $3.98 and said I saved $9.80 off of $13.99. Maybe some else could try it and see. Good luck!
Collin, even though many offers say they “exclude clearance”, CW will STILL apply.
I always scan using the cartwheel on clearance stuff to see if it works lol
I bought the Peanuts sunscreen 3 packs on clearance today for that same price, and the cartwheel came off, making them $3.98 / pack. I bought four packs (for a total of 12 bottles) because they don’t expire until 4/2018. We live in South Florida and go through sunscreen like crazy. Plus, we always use sunscreen in our teacher beach gift baskets at the end of each school year.
Does anyone have experience with this sunblock? My ginger children and I have to be extra careful, curious if it works well.
Your comment made me laugh. I have a little ginger too and this works great on her.
I purchase this for my husband every year when they go on clearance. He has no complaints.
It looks like it’s only SPF15…I Would recommend a higher SPF for sure!
I bought three different varieties last night and all were SPF50 and water resistant.
Thanks Cherri, good to know!
The ones I picked up today were SPF 50 as well. I only saw 30 and 50.
I saw this recommended in a magazine a couple of years ago as a great brand to buy – I’ve used it ever since and had no issues!
I think I read that same article. If I recall, up & up and walmart’s equate brand rated better than the name brands.
I dont like it personally. I burned
I love it – My husband and I recently took our 3 kids boating. 2 kids and myself used this brand and then my husband and one of my girls used Banana Boat. They fried to a crisp and the rest of us didn’t burn one tiny bit. (Banana Boat was even SPF 50 and we had the Target brand SPF 30)
According to Good Housekeeping tests, here are the most highly rated sunscreens: Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Broad Spectrum SPF 40, Neutrogena Wet Skin SPF 50, Aveeno Natural Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 50, CeraVe Broad Spectrum 50, No-Ad Sport Broad Spectrum SPF 50 (No-Ad performed just as well as sunscreen that cost up to 10 times more per ounce). I’m very fair-skinned and burn easily. My dermatologist recently told me to make sure zinc is listed as an ingredient in your sunscreen. Hope this info helps.
yep use a $1 off Up & Up Item priced at $3 or more coupon from the target summer savings booklet to make it only $3.20!
I’m so excited! My store in northern California had them marked down! That never happens!
I got FIVE packs yesterday! Yup CW and $1/$3 TQ and they don’t expire Til 2018! We got 2 packs of 50 and one of 30. Says it’s compared to Banana boat. Super happy between the river, pool and swim team we go threw a bottle or 2 a week!
Where did u get $1/3 TQ? Please share
coupon is in booklet that you get in store. I got mine at customer service desk.hth
I got this deal on the 3pk for kids (spf 50) and used both cartwheel and $1 off coupon with no problem. These are not tagged for clearance at my Target so they still had lots! The exp. date on the ones i grabbed where 4/2018! I got 4 3pks 🙂
Can I irder these for pickup in store and get the 4.19 price adjustment when I get there?
I too got these because of an article saying the up&up brand is effective, and it is. But the scent makes me gag and run inside. Perhaps that’s why it’s effective.
Don’t spray sunscreen on your kids, it’s harmful to their lungs.

I was going to write the same thing.
I found some too 🙂 – cw and $1q = $2.98 for 3! :))
I bought them last year when you sent out the clearance email. They came to only .$25 a bottle so I stocked up and won’t need for a couple years. 🙂
I’d check the expiration dates. That stuff does expire.
yep unmarked at my store but they ring up at 4.19 . Thanks Collin 😉 Now we are ready for Mexico:-):-):-)
I used cartwheel but I left that coupon booklet home…do you think I can go back tomorrow for missed coupon? I bough 3 packs
Julie, my Target store always accepts forgotten coupons if you come back within 3 days. I would think that holds true for all Target stores, but you could call and ask if they would just to make sure.
I’m not sure if they’ve updated their policy but 2 different local stores tell me that it has to be adjusted the same day.
Thanks Kathy
Makes me sad when clearance is advertised… All these blogs didn’t used to post clearance like they do know. They post at 50 so all the people jump and buy up before it hits 90
my store never ever hit 90%off , after 70% they always take stuff away. So for me 70% is great if I find something . So I like when I see post like this one…
The kids snoopy sunblock is also that price for the three pack
Omg I just left my Target AND they were marked down to $1.39!!! I bought 2 packs and used the cartwheel and target red card. Total with tax: $2.67
My son just ran out because he goes to camp at the Y and they run through the spray cans. Thank you Collin.
Also just paid $1.39 for these! I’m in middle TN. There were still maybe 10 packs left at my store. They were in the seasonal area.
I paid $1.32 for a 3 pack after the cartwheel!! I bought a lot but I’m going to go by more.
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) lists these as a 7 on the hazard scale. Spray lotion poses an inhalation risk (inhalation of zinc and titanium), they advise to apply it on your hands and wipe it on.
Also contains oxybenzone (level 8 hazard) which is a hormone disruptor; it acts like estrogen and reduces sperm production.
