Bella, my mom always has the same issue when she clicks the button. I personally ALWAYS type ebates.com into the browser then search for the site through their engine. It has always gone through for me.

Yes I’ve had terrible experiences too. They say you can switch the movie ticket after you buy it, but it’s not as easy as they say. I switched one 5 days in advance and had to argue to get my money back
That is one of my questions CW… So I pick movies.. What if I change my mind or the movie I want to see isn’t listed and I want to change it. Anyone else had hassles with changing movies? It has to be online changing and not at box office correct? Do you get a print out with the movie tickets or what? Sorry so many questions.. I don’t know anything about Fandango but want to learn. I tried to put 2 of one of the movies in my cart and it goes to checkout phase…how do I make it go back and allow me to pick a 3rd movie ? Can’t seem to get it to work…
I bought tix a few weeks back and forgot my daughter had camp that week so called my theater and they exchanged my tix for a different night with no trouble at all! Not sure if all are as nice as mine tho!

Just a FYI and don’t mean to be a ‘Debbie Downer’ BUT …. I took my 5 year old niece to Minions as her very first movie theater experience and it didn’t go over so well. There are some scary and violent scenes and words in this movie…..which I wasn’t expecting at all. I was disappointed. The movie definitely had more ‘scary’ vibe to it than ‘silly’ vibe. Just my two cents. Sorry 🙁

had a bad experience, used my visa with all the correct billing information, and it didn’t go through on the website but it did put a hold on my bank account for 3 days. then I spent an hour on the phone waiting for fandango to pick up and all they said was the card didn’t process because I put in the wrong zip code (which I didn’t) and then they said I couldn’t use the code again today because its already been used in my account. so I would have to try again tomorrow and risk the same thing happening. no thanks!

Hi, Meredith. You have to make an account with Visa Checkout. It’s sort of like PayPal. You can use a variety of payment options, not just Visa.

I was having all kind of problems on my tablet, switched to my desktop and went through on the first try! I couldn’t use WKNDTICKET on either one. Paid $2.90 for 5 matinee tickets. Used VCOSAVE10, 4PACK, MINIONS, FANMOVIES, 1OFFTIX

How is everybody getting their final cost so low/free? I can’t get below $10 for 3 tix using all codes in all caps except wkendticket, for a matinee show. 1 Adult tix was $8.97 & 2 child were $7.97ea. What am I doing wrong?
It all depends on what the starting price for the tickets are.
Yes, it depends on the ticket price. Matinees at one of our theaters are $4.23. So I was able to get 4 for free with all the codes.

I booked adult 3 tkts for free. And if you are AMC stub members there is no conv. charges. Hope this helps.

FANMOVIES is not working anymore 🙁
UPDATE: I tried to do this several times on IE and Chrome and kept getting an internal error. My card was charged twice and I did not get any tickets. I just called Fandango and they said that the codes are no longer valid and that purchases combining these codes would not go through. The rep was unable to say if using one code would work or not. I should expect to have the money refunded to my card in 3-5 business days.
Next time I will be faster 🙂
