   I can’t get it to work either. I get an error that says something about qualification. When I look at the “store” part of the website, it says that this offer is only available for new subscribers. I did it last year, and wonder if this is why it isn’t working now?

   Did the form completely twice, it kept going around to a blank one. I did send them a note at a help link I found. First time i had trouble with this.
