I did the same thing last night…..they told me to just bring my receipt back to customer service today and they would take the coupon off. Thing is, I came home and can’t find my coupon now, think hubby threw it away :/

Had the same 10% off for tax thing in IL. The cashier scanned a piece of paper that took off the 10%. Scored a pair of yoga pants for $2, yay!
Just remember if you make several orders getting items cheap you can take receipts into store and they will combined totals to give you your kohl’s cash. example you have 4 orders 14 dollars each equals 56.00 they will give you 10 dollars kohl’s cash. As always use Ebates to.

My kohls seems to make up rules as they please, when they please. I was visiting my mil & at her kohls I was able to use the last 30% off by only putting $5 on my kohls charge & the rest using a gift card I had. But at my kohls they said that they couldn’t do that & it had to all be on the charge. It’s irritating that they don’t all have the same rules

My Kohl’s will combine store purchased receipts, but not on-line receipts with store purchased receipts. This is in IL.

If you have the mailer that was sent to cardholders, you may show that in-store so they can scan the barcode. You may also ask for a postcard at the store which will offer 30% or 20% off. Hope that helps!
There’s no barcode on the percentage off mailers.You can find a mailer scan online to show in store or ask for a scratch off card, to see what percentage you’ll get to use right there and then.

When I try to use the promo SLUSHIE it tells me I must use a SLUSHIE as a payment method for it to qualify. What am I missing?
I would suggest making sure you are signed in and have your Kohl’s charge card selected as payment. Mine kept saying that until I got closer to checkout and changed payment options. Then it took off 30%. Hope that helps. 😌
