Same message for me. My profile is complete, and I’ve done all of the surveys for previous samples, so I was a bit disappointed. Oh well, on to search for the next good deal!
I got that message, and refreshed the page, and then I was shown the available samples.
Thank you for the suggestion, I tried refreshing and I tried logging out and clearing my memory and logging in again, but I still get the same “No Samples” message.
Mine said no samples available, but when I clicked on the homepage samples popped up.

Me too. So bad since they’ve changed the site. I just get junk email from “sponsors” now… and never got last 2 boxes… not worth my time…

Nothing for me either although I got an email saying to go claim my samples. It also said I had not updated my profile eventhough I had. I guess it didn’t save my answers 🙁
It makes you update them every 2 weeks.

I’ve gotten nothing in the past 4 or 5 months. Getting really fed-up!
None for me today either, but I can see why. I don’t have a cat or kids, which they know from my profile. The last box shipped out at the end of July, so should be receiving it soon.

I received the same message as well. It also wants me to confirm my email, complete my profile and leave feedback. Which wouldn’t be a problem, but I’ve been a member for eons so email is confirmed I think by now. I already did my profile (it was 100% completed last week) and I can’t leave feedback on products I haven’t received yet.
So IMHO, I think PinchMe is trying to do a little house cleaning.
Same thing here…I’ve had nothing but problems with their site for the last two months. And I received samples for probably that long also… oh well I guess.
You have to reconfirm your email. It’s something that they are requiring of everyone, no matter how long you have had an account.

I refreshed the page after the “no samples” message. Was able to get 6 samples today! Yay!!

Me too…they are in the box…but it wont let me verify and checkout.
For the first time in 3 or 4 months I finally had a few samples but it won’t let me checkout. I’ve verified my email, re-filled out all the profile information and it just keeps saying “verify address” and checkout, but it won’t go past that screen. So frustrated!
I’m stuck at that screen too!

Is anyone a member of pinchme plus? I think they get to claim samples a day before everyone else. That’s probably why there are no samples left when everyone else tries to claim them.
I am not a member but I still got my samples today. Try going into your profile and resubmitting your email for confirmation. I did that yesterday and my samples were waiting on me today.

Haha, their boxes look nothing like the one featured. Anyway, I can’t even get past the complete profile page even though everything is complete.
havent gotten any samples the last 3 times. it says no samples and also for me to complete my profile which I’ve completed multiple times.

I had the same thing happen when I tried to verify my address but it eventually went through. I changed the state then changed it back.

I just got my box from not last time but the time before! Their shipping seems to be getting slower and slower lol but it’s free so I guess I can’t complain lol
Thought I would be too late, but after confirming my email 3 or 4 times to get it to go through, I was able to select 3 samples. I was also given 2 “bonus” samples. Hope i do eventually get the box. I do have a cat, but no babies.
Oh so frustrating! I cannot get past the last screen of verifying address! Even tried a different browser.
I am shocked I just logged in and had 3 samples plus 2 bonus samples. I got a scotch sponge, 2 gold bold lotions, floss. advil PM
