I liked on facebook/followed on twitter – dont see any points. From the newbalance link when I go, I dont see any direct links to facebook /twitter etc…

So did you click on the social media buttons that I have pictured in the post above? They are on NewBalance.com. You have to scroll down to the bottom of their site and you should see them on the right side. BUT before clicking on each of them, make sure you’re signed into your loyalty account, as that’s the only way they’ll be able to track if you’ve out-clicked on those links to check out their social media pages.
My points showed up automatically after I clicked on the links and went back to my dashboard.

I had to click on them, not right click and “open in new window”…took me way too long to figure that out! I just had Papa John’s for dinner and have free socks on their way. Lovin’ hip2save tonight!

I just completed my profile but no points.
Did you go back to your profile to check your points? I had to go back to dashboard/account page to check my points. HTH
The profile part is a little confusing, as I also thought I completed my profile when registering for the Loyalty program (but like you, I saw no points). However, be sure after you’ve registered, to go in your dashboard and look to the left. Under ‘Account Info’, you should see a spot that says “About Me” – click on that and scroll down to see if your full profile has been completed. Mine had not, so once I did that I received my points.
Let me know if that works.
Hmm I saw so many times but my points did not showed up. I got the email that I have 500 points. Then I logged out and signed in again. And points were there.. Thanks

Everything worked for me EXCEPT the wish list…I added 3+ things and am not getting any points for adding to wish list. Any ideas?
After I did each step I went back to the dashboard to make sure the points were rewarded

I thought that the wishlist wasn’t working either but I went back to dashboard and was up to 2300 points!! Nothing I clicked on popped up points earned or anything, I just had to go back and check the dashboard. HTH 🙂

I downloaded the app and created and completed the profile and got enough points. I had to log out and log back in. It worked 🙂

Did you click on the About Me under the account info to get your 500 points? You need to answer a few questions.
Yes I got the 500 about me points, 300 Pinterest, 300 FB, 300 IG and 300 Twitter but YouTube won’t work :\

I got an NB water bottle. It’s especially nice since that’s my initials!
I did everything, ended up with 2,300 points with no issues. Once I scrolled down and clicked redeem, it said there was an error. Now, I’m at 300 points and my reward isn’t showing up at the checkout.
