It’s time for another Birthday Bash Giveaway!
Now is your chance to enter to win a Starbucks gift card (with a mystery value) AND a Handheld Electric Milk Frother! If you have been a Hip2Save reader for any length of time, you likely know how much I LOVE my coffee! 🙂 I also have a new favorite gadget – a milk frother (how had I ever lived without this? 😉 ). I usually put a little bit of heavy cream in a mug (yes, heavy cream!) and some vanilla coffee syrup. I use the frother until it almost becomes a whipped cream consistency… then add my coffee! YUM!

I’m starting to drink tea and experiment with different herbal teas. Can I ask what matcha tea is? Or do u have any recommendations for relaxing teas? Thanks!!

The matcha that I am familiar with is in a powder form. You steam it with milk and it makes a creamy green tea latte. In my opinion, it tastes a bit like grass, so I add honey/sweetener to it.

And for anyone who loves iced coffee, I highly recommend Starbuck’s Cold Brew. I’m sort of a coffee snob and purest and have been cold brewing at home for a long time. And Starbuck’s Cold Brew does not disappoint! It’s an entirely different flavor profile than “iced coffee” … Smooth, sweet, intense, but not bitter (less acid). And FYI: Be sure to ask if they have any cold brew left, as I’ve been the unfortunate recipient of “iced coffee” on multiple occasions. I guess they thought I’d not know the difference. *peeved* I promise though … In a taste comparison cold brew wins.

What brand milk frother do you like? I’ve been wanting to get one. My kids like to get steamers from Starbucks. It’s warm frothed milk with a couple shots of flavoring.
