Is everyone else receiving points for visiting the Youtube link? I got points from all the social media ones except Youtube.
I couldn’t get that one to work either. I just downloaded the app on my phone for points instead.
You don’t get points for YouTube. Only Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.
I completed all steps and it says my Total NM Points = 0?
Maybe try logging out then log back in?

scroll all the way down to the bottom of the newbalance site, to the right bottom corner it says Stay Connected, with 5 circles for each social media (fb, twitter, etc) just click each circle and you’ll get points.

Then scrool all the way to the bottom, the social media links are the actual pictures, just click on each one, even if you do not have a social media account, you just look at the page for a second and you get the points.

I’m having trouble redeeming my code. When in the billing section I try to enter it under gift certificate but it says I need a pin. The promo code spot says it is invalid. Could someone help me out?

I had trouble with the free shipping working because my account kept registering as bronze even though I was silver. I had to keep clicking on my dashboard but it finally registered as silver.
