The pineapple is our favorite too!. We also love the strawberry lemonade stars. We have been with nature box for many years. They are a wonderful company, and great customer service!!!

I haven’t personally tried it until now but I have mixed reviews from my family and friends, my cousin is extremely satisfied and says its well worth the $20 a month. My neighbor said she tried to cancel and they told her she would have to pay for one month first, she disputed it and the charge was finally removed but she doesn’t trust it, me, well it looks delicious so I think I will try it, the products have great reviews!! Hilary, my cousin LOVES the pineapple!!

We got a free one a couple months ago, and the. Paid for one. The free one was wayyy better. We cancelled after paying one month.
I had a Naturebox subscription a while back. I have to say it is worth it IF your items are in stock. Their Dried California Peaches were AMAZING as was the pineapple but they are frequently out of stock. I cancelled because they never had what I wanted.

This is an awesome deal for free. I’m not sure I’d consider it a $20 value but at least $15. Awesome for a freebie.
I currently subscribe and love it. After several months, I switched to having it delivered every other month because we weren’t eating them that fast. You can also do it every three months.

You can’t cancel until your order is processed and mailed.
Ordered it and used an American Express gift card with a few dollars left on it as my payment. So I don’t have to deal with canceling for next month, I just know it won’t go through because there’s not enough on it.
🙁 I tried the same and got an error saying they can’t accept prepaid cards.
I had the same idea, but it tells me prepaid cards not accepted.

This is from their Terms & Conditions page, so it looks like they’ve changed the policy since May. Not really sure I understand what it says though! LOL Maybe now they will immediately charge your card for your next box? I’m going to try it anyway, looks delicious!!
If you signed up to receive free samples from Company prior to May 19, 2015, delivery of the Deluxe Box will begin the month after you enroll and your credit card will automatically be charged monthly until you cancel the Service. If you change how often you receive shipments, your credit card will be charged based on that changed shipment schedule.
If you signed up to receive free samples from Company on or after May 19, 2015, delivery of the Deluxe Box will begin based on your selection at the time of enrollment. In each instance, your credit card will automatically be charged on the same frequency you elected to receive shipments (i.e., weekly, every two weeks or once a month) until you change the frequency or cancel the Service.

I went in and changed the shipping date to Halloween, however I’m a bit nervous now. I don’t want to be charged $20 for something I’m not sure I will like.
It says Your first NatureBox is shipped out the day after your initial order and will take 5-10 business days in transit to reach your doorstep. If you want to check if your box has shipped out already, please check your order history.
I just got a PayPal notification that I have paid $1 for the box. Then it says that may not be the full amount 🙁
I hope you get that back and no more charges. Thanks for the feed back Sandra. I read your reply and decided it was not worth to chance. I have a feeling they may make changes to charging because of so many people ordering then canceling. Good luck to you and those that are ordering!
They are testing your card more than likely. I know Redbox does the same thing when I use a free dvd code. I get the dollar back. It also always states that it’s not the full amount. I doubt they add anything to it. If anything, due to the companies terms and conditions (whatever they are) you might get charged the full amount later, but that $1.00 hit will be returned and the full amount will be its own separate charge.

My guess is that they don’t take prepaid because it’s a monthly subscription and some people do not have accessible money on it all the time. However, I think they should take it, some are like bank accounts, we had one

Collin or anybody who knows, I ordered and then cancelled 5 minutes later. I got an email confirming I cancelled. Easy enough. But does that mean I cancelled my free order or should I have waited a few days until the order was processed?
