Love select a size they are the best deal. Most of the time people do not need a whole paper towel.

Cartwheel is usually applied after all coupons are applied at least at my target ..that is what cashier says .
Doesn’t matter the order, system will still process cartwheel after store qs. When CW first came out, the system would freeze if it wasn’t scanned last, still the thinking of some cashiers. I’ve done first and last and no problems.
