    I have had this on my Amazon wish list for months. Anyone use this and can tell me how and why you do? I was looking for a shot of “greens” in morning smoothie? If I don’t have fresh spinach or kale can this be my replacement? Or do I use it in addition to fresh greens? Thanks!

    Definitely use a shaker cup with this stuff. I made the mistake of just using a spoon to stir and yuck! I could only get a few sips in. This stuff is THICK! But the few sips I was able to get down, it made me hyper (I’m 27, come on, who can say they still get hyper at this age) and gave me energy, so it works!
