Ice creams, maybe too much! Just tried the garlic herb shrimp – fantastic and plentiful. Sweet potatoes were yummy too!
I’m literally eating the sweet & sour chicken right this second….:) The pizza with pesto is good too. Their customer service is SO GREAT that I’m pretty sure if you didn’t like something, they would take care of you!…and get the ice cream!

Can you use both codes?
No. You can place 2 different orders with the 2 different codes. Just make sure you pick 2 different delivery dates or they’ll combine both orders & only give you one discount.
When you say valid for everyone, does that mean existing customers or only new? I tried the 25OFF and it says it’s only valid for new customers. Not sure if anyone else has ran into this problem? 🙁

Ours came UPS because we don’t have delivery in our area.

Looks like the order will be automatically scheduled for delivery either every 2 weeks or 4 weeks. How do I cancel it if I just want a delivery whenever I place an order?
I did this last week and was happy to see that I could pay with a check when it was delivered. Unfortunately the delivery person accidentally finalized the order before removing the discount when it was delivered. No one in customer service could do anything about it. I lost the discount and cancelled the order on the spot. If you really want this deal, make sure you pay with credit card when ordering. Otherwise they can really screw it up for you.
I have heard that if you place an order with Schwans they will keep coming by your house and try to sell you more. Is this true?
We have been Schwann’s customers in the past, and they did come by every week or two to take our order. However, if you let them know you are not interested in ordering again, they should leave you alone. I doubt they want to waste their time.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery, or can they package and leave on the porch in dry ice like Omaha Steaks? I am gone for at least 10 hrs a day M-F.

Definitely disgusted with there customer service. They messed up an order told me they couldn’t refund so I spoke with a supervisor who said she couldn’t help. I wrote on the fb page the lack of service and schwans deleted it so other customers couldn’t see the type of service I received! Never again!

I work for Schwans. The comments have been very interesting to say the least. All the products are great my favorite at the scallops with bacon they will be on the trucks starting November. I am also in customer service. We are human and therefore are not perfect. My customers always get world class service 🙂
I did the 50% off and everything has been great so far! Meatballs and ice cream were my fav. The delivery guy was awesome. I wasn’t thrilled when he said he’d be back in two weeks, but after I tried the food I wasn’t too upset. 😉 He seems pretty low pressure as well. And I just got an email for another $5 off!
