Target REDperks Rewards Program: Earn Points for Store & Online Purchases (Available in Select Areas)
Attention Target shoppers! Target is introducing a new rewards program called Target REDPerks available in select areas only! To get started, head over here, click the “Request Beta Access” button and complete the form to see if your area qualifies for this new program. If this program is not yet available, Target will notify you via email as soon as it does become available.
Every time you use your REDperks account in-store or online, you’ll earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. And once 5,000 points are accumulated, you’ll receive a Target REDperks certificate good for 5% savings on a full day of shopping at any Target store and a Target.com promotion code good for one online transaction.
How exciting! It is not offered in the Minneapolis area at this time.

I was thinking the same thing. How about a $5 coupon good on anything.
And you can get 5% coupon from pharmacy rewards. You can use that is conjunction with your red card. Love that!
