Jen- I am a 6.5 as well. I just ordered a 4.5. The general rule when comparing youth to women’s size, is to subtract 2 from the women’s size and that would be the youth size that should fit (with the knowledge that some brands run small and some styles run big, just like women’s). I hope this helps.
