   This isn’t really related to this but I’m not sure where to post it. My son wants a DS (or DSi or DS2) for his birthday this month. Does anyone know of any good deals on them? The cheapest I’ve found is at Best Buy so far for $99. Or does anyone have a coupon for Best Buy that they won’t be using? Thank you Collin for this awesome website and all you do for us! 🙂

   Does anyone know what the difference is between 2.0 and 3.0? Are the figures interchangeable?

  Figures are all forward compatible. So 2.0 focus will work for 3.0. But they are not backwards compatible, so 3.0 figures will not work for 2.0. HTH 😁

  Disney Infinity 3.0 is the newest (and I’d assume technological advanced) game of the lot. But, as for big differences … The Disney Infinity 2.0 Game/Platform introduced/included Marvel characters. And now Disney Infinity 3.0 Game/Platform has introduced/included Star Wars characters. (Inside Out Characters are also available in 3.0.) So, as Rachmeist mentioned any 1.0/2.0 Figures can be used in the newest 3.0 Game, but any 3.0 Figures (like Star Wars) CANNOT be used in the 2.0/1.0 Game. So, if you’ve got Star Wars fans in the house, I’d definitely go for the Disney Infinity 3.0 Game. HTH Lb.
