I have the hardest time using my points. I go to redeem them but they never show in my cart it says I have $30 worth and I cannot use them?
Make sure you read your exclusions and they should work fine
May i ask you guys for advice please. Is shopyourway 1 per household or 1 per person? I went to pick up some stuffs that we orders and the manager said that we should only have 1 account ?
Per person. I have one each for all my children and my parents too
And if they say anything for having multiple orders you can tell them you did offers with surprise points or ordered on different days. They shouldn’t have a problem. How many accounts do you have
I have one for me my husband and my mom. I thought 1 per person not per house hold. I really don’t want to shop at Sear anymore since they said that. They look at us like we are getting free points all the time. We bought big screen TV and mattress last month to earn points and when we used our points they thing we are getting free stuffs.
Well whatever payment we make for online orders they don’t know that points made it free. On the screen it comes as the original price total of your transactions now how many point you used. Also the reciept inside your order does not have your point redemption on it so they don’t know it’s for free so always go in acting like you spent a lot lol
I was told by my store it is one per person. They told me there is a lady customer that has an account for herself,her husband,her mom,her dad and ALL her children. They said she has like 20 store pick up orders all the time. One time she said one of the cages they hold the store pick up orders in was stuffed with just all her stuff. I would research it on their website just to be sure though.

You are welcome. I am sorry you are having a hard time at your store. Everybody knows me at my store and are very friendly to me. I do a lot of pick up in store with all the surprise points but they also know I spend out of pocket also. the managers all know me and have gone above and beyond on many occasions to help me. I am very thankful.
I got this $5 deal loaded twice within a few days of each other. First time I got 2 adorable owl potholders (works in fall décor, as well as Halloween.) Second time I opted for a 16″ skeleton to hang somewhere. 😉

I bought a drying mat (it was Halloween themed but it’s orange and white dots so can be used all year) for 59 cents. They also had cute kitchen towels for $2.74
