My store never lets me use a coupon they have to adjust down. Does anyone else have this problem?

    • Amber

The register should automatically do it in this case.

    • bethwalgreens

a store coupon will automatically adjust if the item is less then the coupon. hth!

    • Tobey

My walgreens will not adjust a coupon. Some stores in my area will only take the coupon if it scans, They will not manually enter a coupon either.

      • mel

The coupon adj automatically through the register, the cashier doesn’t have to do a thing. It scans just fine.

Why does it only take $3.64 off when it says $4/2 and it even advertises $4/2 on the tag?

    • Trish

I think it’s because it only takes $2 off each item and the 2nd item is only $1.64 or something.

    • Michelle

Some of the larger eyeshadow items are advertised as BOGO 50% off. The smaller ones are also ringing that way, so the coupon must be adjusting for that. In the long run it’s cheaper this way than getting the full $4 off.

  3. Alicia

It worked for me today, thanks!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome! 🙂

  4. Jenny

if we buy 4, 6 ,8, etc. will it automatically work if we have multiple books? or is it per transaction?

    • mel

One coupon is all you need, the register will take off for however many you purchase.

  5. Mrs Hinojos

And this is why i refuse to shop at Walgreens. No need to be cheap about the deals and false advertising.

  6. Allison

I went to get this deal today & ended up buying eye liner. My Walgreens had a Maybeline Colorstay eye pencil with a bonus liquid liner for $7.99. I used the coupon and ended up getting four eyeliners for $7.99. The coupon was being weird, but the cashier was happy to adjust it.

    • Allison

      I mean Revlon Colorstay…. woops.

  7. Kate

Thanks!!! Got 4 today! Just in time too since I used up my go to eye shadow today. Can’t beat eyeshadow for under a dollar!

  8. Denise
