I got mine, FINALLY and it’s amazing!
i just got mine and the bottles are tiny and the polish is very sticky and gummy. the pads barely took off one finger nail of polish . not worth $10 and the polish smell really bad.

maybe some are getting gel that is not old and clumpy like many of us got. the nail pads that came were also about dried out.

Same thing happened to me and my Daughter!
I got mine in the mail a few days ago and finally used it tonight. I usually get shellac gel at the nail salon once in a while but it runs me about $30 each time. Got this for $10 and with a steady hand.. It works great. Definitely follow the instructions with how long to cure nail and it’ll work great.
i just wanted to update everyone – i bought 4 of these as gifts for people – they all opened them on christmas and “attempted” to do their nails together, but the nail polish was all gooey and clumpy and completely unusable – we had to throw them away. I was so embarrassed…. I contacted the company and they told me that the product was sold “as is” – so there’s no refunds. I suggested maybe they should add in a disclaimer that items sold “as is” may be damaged or old stock or something, so people can decide for themselves if they want to risk buying it. so disappointing.

Yes I contacted company and they told me product was as is and to gift to someone…I was like no I know could use this either. the gel was horrible and clumpy. I finally was able to get paypay to refund my money after SEVERAL emails back and forth to both companies. These are sample size bottle and even with the dry it took over an hour for one coat to set, then i had to chisel it off when it got chipped the same day. please beware of company, while they are giving some free things they are not taken care of all their customers. I was never offered anything other than sorry it is as if..this was my reply I got …Hello April,

I also have had a bad experience with this product. Not surprised to see all these comments now. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Used it twice… BOTH times the polish came off within hours; thought that the first time was a fluke for doing our own manicures at home. The second attempt we followed the directions exactly, and the gel came off by the next morning. I ordered extra 3 bottles of extra polish too; such a waste.
