  I don’t know about delivery but you used to be able to refill them at grocery stores for 25 cents.

   I own the 1st one listed. Had it for over 3 years now and it is still running perfectly! I used to exchange my bottles at Lowes for $6.99 each, but now I have them delivered through a local water company for only $4.99. I HIGHLY recommend this water dispenser if your family drinks a lot of water! My family of 2 goes through 3 bottles ever month and a half or so.
