Does anyone know can you use all your surprise points at one time?
No you must order separately they can’t be combined
you cant stack surprise points together but you can stack your normal sywr points with one surprise points offer
Although it rarely happens, these 2 DB sweeps points did stack for me. I was able to get $8 off in one transaction.
I was actually able to stack the points from these two specific activities today! I got $8 in points and used them toward a minion pillow pet my daughter wants for Christmas. With a 15% off coupon it went from 19.99 to 8.98!!
I would say no by past experience but now I’m looking at the exclusions and it doesn’t say “other surprise points”.

I’ve been getting washcloths and towels with them lately. But I’ve also gotten baby teethers, cheap baby toys, pacifiers, shop towels, socks!! (My son loves the joe boxer ankle socks that are cushioned) So many choices!!

Tgey had clothing on clearance for $1.99 boys mens kids I used mine on those
I used $1 in points for hangers in Kmart (free after 15% coupon). I used $2 in points on Christmas ornaments at Sears (Donner and Blitzen Botanical Ball – so pretty!) and paid 45 cents. And for $3, I bought a Cannon quick dry hand towel in Kmart – perfect for washing my hair when I don’t want to use a big towel.

A few months ago, the website had a glitch. You need to reset your password then email shopyourway and ask them to reset your account. Give them the email address and the name on the account. HTH.

No you cannot use them on the same purchase. I usually do store pick up orders and find play dough or Lego sets that are cheap. I like to donate gifts at Christmas time so this always helps me have more to donate. 😊
Actually I think these surprise points ($3 and $5) can be stacked together, surprisingly. Usually you can’t stack door buster surprise points, but these will. But they won’t stack with any previous surprise points you might have.

you can stack today’s surprise points. If you are a max member wait for 3 days. On 1st Nov, you will get another 3000 points so total 5, 3, 3 = $11 stacked points plus you will get free shipping on orderof $10 or more as being a MAX member.

The other day after picking up $4 in points filling out these survey sweeps, I spent over an hour going through the eligible products. The search filters seemed great for isolating only sears products sorted from low to high price and those with free shipping too I thought. Turns out, the first hundred or so items were out of stock but I couldn’t know until I placed them in my cart which I soon found out was a pain in the neck to remove each one. After FINALLY finding 3 products worth buying that were IN stock, I got ready to check out and the shipping was not really free after all. So I’m sad to say the points I had will go to waste. But thanks anyway.

Yes I always do in store pickup. Home items are almost always included plus they usually have 15% off coupons for home items that you can stack.
Totally agree, unless you are willing to do store pick up Sears is a complete waste of time. I even just tried to place an order not using any kind of points or discounts and it still was telling me everything was not available to ship.

Did you click on the use my points or whatever the little red box is that’s next to the information for the surprise points? Maybe if you do that and then select the item or items you want to purchase it will work. If that doesn’t work, you could try contacting customer service.
I did click the little red box. I tried to choose store pickup, to avoid shipping costs.
Are you trying to do a in store pick up? Lately every time I try to do an in store pick up with points it tells me I have none but when I switch it to shipping I have them. When I went into the store and asked to use them they were there. Strange.
Heather It happened to me too but if you procced to next step which is checkout , the points did show up there.So go to next step for checking out.

They said the items were there for pickup, or the points were in your acct?
During checkout online if I do in store pick up it says I have no points but if I switched it to shipped they would show up. So I decided to test it out…went to the store bought something and when I checked out in store the points were available to use. Kind of frustrating.
Points were in my account.

With my Kmart points, I have finished Christmas shopping for my daughter and niece. My favorite FREE things- the little people preschool ($35 on amazon), and I just ordered Lulu Jr – My Awesome Book ($40 on amazon). Does anyone else always do store pickup at sears? Since we don’t have a Kmart here, sears is the only place I have to spend them. I’m slightly embarrassed that the store pickup guys know me by name since I’m there all the time to pick up an order. Probably think I’m a compulsive shopper lol!!! I just hate to let good points go to waste when I have gotten so many things for our family for free or cheap

Lol one of the guys there once jokingly said, “your kids must be really spoiled.” I explained that they are always sending me free points so I shop ahead for next season.
I usually pickup my order every 15 days.As soon as I enter local kmart store , the manager starts arranging orders for me to pickup. One time I was at the store and manager came to me and said my all orders are ready and I can take them for service desk. They had an entire cart only for my orders. I usually pickup my order every 15 days. Thanks to Kmart and doorbuster program, I have got 9 pyrex storage containers, 24 mason jars, 10 bakers secret baking pans and almost 20 napkins, 5 mega blocks junior builder’s set , 15 sears $1 handsoaps and much much more. One Tip: always check your Local Ad. Most of the items are at much lower price.
I was able to stack these and use the 10 off 25 coupon they were offering a couple of weeks ago for a total of $18 off my order!

if anyone is interested…I was able to double stack them last week and use them on lego kits. Also, when I put a lego kit in my cart, the price was even cheaper for some reason, so I ended up getting 2 $20 kits for $10.

I got that too. The points showed up when I finalized a transaction at a Kmart store. It came automatically. Make sure to avoid excluded items, though.

you might have the barcode and some numbers starting from 9. Enter that code at apply coupon area in your cart.
I just used this coupon online. It applies automatically. You will see the points once the store has sent the pick up email. Check your SWYR account for a 10/30 to stretch that coupon further.
